Emanuel Ungaro, a French fashion designer, established the fashion house that shares his name in Paris in 1965. His interest in fashion was sparked at a young age when his father had given him a sewing machine. He got his start working under the well-known Spanish designer Cristóbal Balenciaga. His first collection of menswear clothing was launched in 1973. The brand first branched out to fragrances in 1983, with this perfume being released in 2015.
