Thierry Mugler is a France-based fashion designer who first opened a Paris boutique in 1978. Two decades later, Mugler entered the fragrance business and released his first perfume. Mugler’s scents are well known and incredibly popular and influential, and his first fragrance, Angel, earned a spot in the Fifi Awards Hall of Fame.
