Details and Care for Angel Blush
Thierry Mugler built Angel Blush on the bones of the original Angel, but pointed it toward fresher, easier territory. Gone is the heaviness that made the first version a decades-long signature scent for so many people. Juicy fruit and creamy sweetness take over instead, softened yet still unmistakably Mugler. If you've always liked the idea of Angel but not the weight of it, this is the lighter door in. Everyday wear was clearly the goal here.
Sandalwood and musk sit at the base, quiet enough that the fragrance stays powdery and close to the skin rather than loud. Tonka bean and caramel warm things from the middle, and vanilla fills in around them so nothing feels sharp. Up top, pear and peach open things brightly, almost sparkling, and raspberry adds enough tartness that the sweetness never tips saccharine. Don't expect this one to announce itself across a room. It's built for whoever gets close enough to notice, and a single spray tends to carry most of the day, especially on skin that's been moisturized first.

Questions And Answers
What does Angel Blush perfume smell like?
Sweet, fruity, creamy, all at once. Peach and pear come through first, juicy and bright, before tonka bean and caramel warm things into a powdery finish heavy on vanilla. Sandalwood keeps the base refined instead of heavy. Think ripe fruit spooned over custard rather than a straight dessert.
How is Angel Blush different from the original Angel perfume?
Lighter, fruitier, and missing much of the dark intensity the original is known for. Classic Angel leans on heavy patchouli with amber sweetness underneath. Blush pushes peach and pear forward, lets raspberry add some snap, and eases off the gourmand base considerably. Daily wear feels natural in a way the original never really aimed for. Different moods entirely, though both are worth having.
How long does Angel Blush last?
Typically six to eight hours. On moisturized skin, or on clothing, it can run longer. Skin chemistry plays its part too. Most people get through a full day on one morning spray without needing to reapply.
What season is Angel Blush best for?
It shines most in warm weather. Once temperatures climb, peach, pear, and raspberry feel crisp and bright, though the tonka-and-vanilla base gives it enough warmth to hold up when it's cold out too. Anyone who loves fruity gourmands could reasonably wear this year-round.
Is Angel Blush for men or women?
It's marketed toward women. Powdery and fruity, the profile reads traditionally feminine. That said, sweetness doesn't really have a gender, so anyone who likes fruit-forward scents could wear it without a second thought.
What perfume smells similar to Angel Blush?
Lancôme La Vie Est Belle hits a similar fruity-gourmand note. Prada Candy leans into that same creamy sweetness. Viktor & Rolf Bonbon takes its own spin on the gourmand family. Miu Miu L'Eau Rosée and Escada Magnetism for Women are also worth a look if you're drawn to the peach-and-pear side of things.
