Launched in 2011, Alien Sunessence Or D'ambre is a women’s Oriental woody perfume that can be worn during spring and summer days. A kiwi top notes introduces the fragrance, leading to an encounter with jasmine, vanilla, and orchid middle notes, and departing on base notes of amber and woodsy notes.
The Alien series is the second major fragrance collection from Thierry Mugler. The Alien bottles are united in their jewel-like or stone-like
appearance. The bottle is rose pink, with a color gradient transitioning to an amber gold at the bottom. Perfumer Dominique Ropion from International Flavors and Fragrances signed this fragrance. French designer Mugler has enjoyed international success since his beginnings in the 1970s with his angular designs and penchant for solid colors and exaggerated structure. The designer launched his first fragrance in 1992 called Angel, which featured praline and chocolate with patchouli and created a new gourmand fragrance category. Clarins Fragrance Group is the fragrance license holder for the brand.
