Montale Powder Flowers by Montale Perfume. Montale Powder Flowers is a women’s floral perfume from 2005.
The five fragrance notes in this scent are rose, jasmine, tonka bean, osmanthus, and cedar. Created by perfumer Pierre Montale, this perfume is best during fall and winter days and nights. It is kept in a gold aluminum bottle to protect the contents from heat and light.
Pierre Montale started his career in the perfume business in his family’s perfume house, Comptoir Sud Pacifique. After
fifteen years in business, the family sold the business and Pierre worked in perfume houses and for nobility in Saudi Arabia, Dubai, and Qatar. After learning to incorporate Arab ingredients, such as oud, incense, sandalwood, and cedar, the perfumer launched Montale in 2003 when he returned to Paris, France, with the goal of introducing Europeans to oud-based fragrances. In 2008, he introduced a second brand, Mancera, which offers lighter, fresher versions of the same fragrances.
