Tulipe Noire by Atkinsons Perfume. Tart and tangy accords combine with a dry, woody musk in Tulipe Noire, a romantic 2019 fragrance for men and women both. Zesty top notes create a citrusy yet aromatic entrance of bergamot, rhubarb and coriander. White floral middle notes add a softness to the heart: Sweet tuberose and luxurious jasmine. Animalistic accords complete the scent in musk and ambroxan, wrapping it all together in a glossy black bottle.

English nobility of all sorts became the main customer base of the brand, with names such as Lady Hamilton, Sarah Bernhardt and Beau Brummell serving as loyal clients. Now based out of Italy, the company is now owned by Perfume Holding as of September 2013. Its signature scent, English Lavender, is still in production today.
