Faulty but wont get a replacement
I love this perfume, its my favourite. I bought it and started using. Noticed that the lid was bit to tight to remove. So one day i went to remove the lid, the whole mouth part came off and cannot put it back. I wrote to the customer service, they told me its not their problem so they cant replace it. Isn't that a faulty item, especially when you have only used it like less than 10x? the perfume is no use to me any more, I cant put it in my bag because it will spill. It will go off very fast as its not sealed. I cant buy a new one its not cheap.

This is an amazing fragrance….. absolutely love this, it try to only use it for special occasions, as no stores here carry it, but I find myself using it everyday! People compliment me all the time about how nice a fragrance it is… Best Buy ever!!!
