Tom Ford is an American fashion designer who worked with designers Cathy Hardwick and Perry Ellis before accepting a position working for Italian fashion house Gucci in 1990. He later became creative director. He left the company to create his own brand in 2005 and released his first fragrance in partnership with Estee Lauder in 2006.
