With its iconic purple pow and golden crown, Pauline, by Rance, was released in 2011. The company’s history started in 1795 with François Rancé, who created many perfumes for Napolean. It quickly became a favorite perfumer to the emperor. He created L’Impératrice in honor of Josephine Bonaparte, given to her in a delicate porcelain box. In present day the company has 35 perfumes in their base of fragrances, with the earliest edition created in 2005.
