Lovely spring fragrance
A nice floral-woody fragrance that is light with a wonderful sillage. The splash bottle brings an old-fashioned feel, but the fragrance itself is somewhat contemporary--multi-layered, with a powdery finish. Light and not overpowering for spring/summer.

Reve D'or by Piver
I'm trying out small sprays of the other Piver scents through the monthly scent club, but this one I got the 3 oz splash bottle of. Curious about fragrances that date back as far as this one--and this is interesting---I was expecting more citrusy and herbal but --BOY --does that Heliotrope note in the heart really dominate this as it dries down--warm and SPICY not too sweet or fresh--it's got an oriental quality and a LOT of silage!! This one would be a special occasion scent for me--and definitely fall/winter, not for spring and summer!!

Unique, Old-fashioned Spicy Floral
Reve D'or doesn't smell anything like most popular fragrances these days, and that's a good thing. I get heliotrope, orange blossom, carnation, sandalwood, and a bit of clove. It's an invigorating fragrance, yet soothing and calming at the same time. Very sensual. Reve D'Or is long lasting (6-8 hours on my skin) with moderate sillage, and I get a lot of compliments when I wear it.
