Founded in 1870 by William Penhaligon, Penhaligon’s is an English perfume house that started out as a barbershop. The company changed its path after a successful launching of its first fragrance in 1972, titled Hammam Bouquet. The company was granted two Royal Warrants throughout its illustrious career, the first from the Duke of Edinburgh in 1956 and the second by the Princess of Wales in 1988.
