Viride by Orto Parisi Perfume. Robust and energetic yet complex and refined, Viride is a green aromatic fragrance that fuses rich herbal and earthy
tones with precious woods. The scent opens with vibrant notes of cooling vetiver and bitter citrus enhanced by crisp mint leaf. Earthy-sweet patchouli and tobacco nuances emerge at the heart as the bright herbal notes fade. The finish is a smoky blend of pine and cedar softened by powder, almond and hints of vanilla.
This unisex scent was
composed by fragrance designer Alessandro Gualtieri and first released by his niche Italian label Orto Parisi in 2014. Other fragrances by the house include Terroni (2017), Bergamask (2014), Brutus (2014), Bocconera (2014), Stercus (2014) and Seminalis (2016). Gualtieri was born in Italy, but began his study of fragrances at a German training institute. Before founding his own perfume line, he spent years working under top designers, including Diesel, Helmut Lang, Fendi and Versace.
