Les Nombres D'or Violette Fumee by Mona Di Orio Perfume.
Les Nombres D'or Violette Fumee was one of the last perfumes that co-founded Mona Di Orio created, dedicating it to her business partner and friend Jeroen Oude Sogtoen. It is a fitting finish to a fine career as a perfumer, designer, and businesswoman. Just as others have fallen in love with its aromatic profile, wearers of either gender will find its scent mesmerizing now. And no wonder, for this exotic fragrance combines essences of
cashmeran, Calabrian bergamot, Mediterranean lavender, Egyptian violet, Turkish rose, and Somalian myrrh with warm notes of Balkan oak moss, Haitian vetiver and opoponax. The result is a cologne with a decidedly Old-World charm with a modern sensibility.
With 19 fragrances to the label’s credit, Mona di Orio continues to craft offerings that reflect the founders’ sensibilities. In 2010, the Les Nombres D'Or line was inspired by the mathematical concept of the “Golden Ratio,” with a focus on harmonizing ingredients and creating perfumes that are simultaneously both timeless and modern.
