Vivre by Molyneux Perfume. Vivre is an elegant blend of fruity and floral accords.
This perfume was originally released in 1931, then was released again in 1971, and finally for a third time in 2017. The newest formulation of the fragrance opens with notes of peach skin, plum and black currant. It is a fresh beginning, lightly sweet and a little tart from the fruity notes. At the heart of the fragrance are floral notes of jasmine, lily-of-the-valley and rose. These intense florals have a touch
of spring-like green, as well as a powdery touch from the rose. The perfume closes with notes of sandalwood, tonka bean and vanilla, adding warmth and cozy sweetness to the finish.
Molyneux is the fragrance line of the now-defunct fashion house Molyneux. Founded in 1919 in Paris by Englishman Edward Molyneux, the house enjoyed great success from the 1920s until the 1940s. He retired in 1950, and the fashion line closed in 1977. However, the fragrances are still produced by Perfume Berdoues under the Molyneux brand.
