Introduced in 2010, Absolue Pour Le Soir is a men's and women's Oriental fragrance with balsamic, honey, warm spicy, woody, smoky, and sweet main accords. It combines notes of rose, honey, benzoin, and incense with cumin, cedar, sandalwood, and ylang-ylang. Created by perfumer Francis Kurkdjian, this scent has very long-lasting longevity and heavy sillage. It's ideal for fall and winter evening wear.
The niche perfume house Maison
Francis Kurkdjian was launched in 2009 by renowned perfumer Francis Kurkdjian, who serves as creative director, and his business partner Marc Chaya, the chief executive officer. In 1990, Kurkdjian began studying perfumery at the Isipca fragrance and cosmetics school in Versailles, France. Upon graduation in 1993, he began working for Quest International in Paris and became known for being the nose behind Le Male for Jean Paul Gaultier. After creating scents for major fashion houses and designers, Kurkdjian opened his bespoke fragrances atelier in 2001. Lvmh purchased the company in 2017.
