Filly was created by Larry Mahan, a man with a cowboy past himself. During the 1960s and 1970s, he took part in the worldwide rodeo circuit, earning eight World Champion Cowboy titles. He is featured in several rodeo halls of fame and owns ranches in Texas, Oklahoma, and Colorado. His fragrances hearken back to classic ideals of the American West and cowboy culture.
