Lei Di Lancetti by Lancetti Perfume. An exotic blend of aromas is captured with Lei di Lancetti perfume.
This fragrance launched in 2001, and it has a long-lasting sillage that goes on for hours. Red pepper, peach leaf, cardamom, currant seed, ginger, wild hazelnut and bergamot make up the opening notes. Rose, patchouli, sambac jasmine, betulla, lily of the valley and freesia are the floral notes in the heart. White musk, mysore sandalwood, birch, vetiver and cereals provide the base.
Lancetti opened his own fashion house in 1961. During that time period, many companies in Italy were focused on creating high fashion, and this brand certainly followed suit. In particularly, many wealthy women held the brand in high regard, and some of the company’s fans included Monica Vitti and Silvana Mangano. Mark Buxton is the nose behind this particular fragrance. Buxton is a prolific perfumer who manages to create commercially-appealing perfumes that have an old school sensibility to them.
