Eau Des Baux by L'Occitane Cologne. Eau Des Baux is an aromatic, masculine fragrance launched in 2006 that boasts a variety of balsamic and woody
tones. The scent opens with warm spicy notes of cardamom and pink pepper. The smoky heart contains a blend of fresh cypress and incense. Closing out the cologne in the base are accords of vanilla and the smooth bite of tonka bean. The designer behind this unique scent is Karine Dubreuil.
Founded in 1976, L’Occitane En Provence is a famous French
cosmetics company established by Olivier Baussan when he was only 23 years old. The brand takes its name from the region of southern Europe and translates to “the woman from Occitania.” Baussan began his company with an old steam-distiller and sold his own rosemary essential oil at local markets. Soon, the brand’s first boutique opened in the small village of Volx. The company later expanded, and it now has over 150 fragrances in its collection.
