Krizia Pour Homme by Krizia Cologne. Krizia Pour Homme is a men’s aromatic spicy fragrance that was introduced in 2014.
The head notes are mandarin orange, bergamot, and black pepper. At the heart are elemi, nutmeg, sage, artemisia, and cinnamon notes. In the bottom are notes of iris, cedar, sandalwood, vanilla, tonka bean, and musk. This fragrance is great for day and night wear during the spring through winter months.
The dark rectangular glass bottle has the steel-colored “K” logo on the
front and has a steel, square cap. Krizia was founded in Milan, Italy by designer Mariuccia Mandelli in 1954. The brand experienced rapid growth during the 1960s and 1970s as one of Italy’s first ready-to-wear fashion houses, with Mandelli being one of the first to introduce “very short” shorts, a precursor to the trendy hot pants of the 1970s. The brand was sold to Shenzhen Marisfrolg, a Chinese retail group, in 2014. Morris Profumi currently holds the brand’s fragrance license.
Established in 1954 by husband and wife team Aldo Pinto and Mariuccia Mandelli, the company and label Krizia was named after a Plato treatise about vanity.
