Sophia Grojsman masterpiece!!

This is a masterpiece, similar to timeless classic Sotto Voce by Laura Biagiotti and its less famous sister Sun Moon Stars by Karl Lagerfeld. All three created by phenomenal Sophia Grojsman, fruity tones layered beautifully on sensual amber and vanilla. Such a complex, warm, sensual perfume. Will not get tired of it!

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

A wonderful perfume with personality

I wore this perfume on my wedding day in 1996. It was new and quite outstanding at the time and I felt it was special enough for the day. I decided recently to get it again. It is a rich, sweet, many-layered spicy citrus fragrance which is probably best for special occasion use. It has an oriental sensibility which Kenzo does so well in his scents with his original and fascinating combinations of notes. This one is rich and close as opposed to airy and light in many of his fragrances. It brings back lovely, romantic memories for me.

This is one for the permanent fragrance collection

This is a complex and sophisticated fragrance which will appeal to lovers of classic chypres, although it's sweeter and spicier than a chypre. It's definitely not simple or summery. It's rich and challenging and really unusual in its combinations of olfactory notes, flowers, citrus, spices and woods, all blended in there together intensely. While it can be said it's a 90s fragrance, it's not typically just loud and brash, but is one of the very best. You'll get noticed wearing it as it has tremendous sillage. I wore it to get married in, and I am both a choosy and adventurous perfumista. It has total luxe and a one-off quality which demands a special occasion. A fragrance for autumn and winter, to wear with rich fabrics.
