Keiko Mecheri founded her self-named perfume company with husband Kamal in 1997 and began selling scented candles and fragrances for the home before deciding to sell perfumes and colognes full-time and the pair opened up shop on Sunset Boulevard. Born in Atami, Japan, Ms. Mecheri's fragrances are influenced by her beautiful home country and the smells of nature that she encountered there.
