Jo Malone Ginger Biscuit by Jo Malone Perfume.
The perfect cozy eau de cologne for autumn and winter wear, Jo Malone Ginger Biscuit conjures up the enveloping, inviting aroma of freshly baked spice cookies. The opening is a light gingerbread effusion of nutmeg and cinnamon. As the scent warms, Buttery, toasted hazelnut and almond nuances of tonka bean emerge, mingling with rich tones of creamiest caramel. A deep, velvety vanilla accord in the dry down leaves a warm, sweetly spiced trail.
Perfumer Christine Nagel designed this scent for British design house Jo Malone London. The fragrance was released in spring of 2013 as part of the limited-edition Sugar & Spice Collection. Other perfumes in this sweet, dessert-inspired series include Elderflower & Gooseberry, Bitter Orange & Chocolate, Lemon Tart and Redcurrant & Cream. Originally a florist and beautician, Malone opened her first London boutique in 1999 selling bath oils, fragrances, home scents and skin care products enhanced with botanical ingredients.
