Jo Malone began her love of fragrance as a child and it continued into her earlier career as a florist before she began making her own nutmeg and ginger bath oils for clients of her facial massage business. When requests for re-orders came in, she knew she wanted to go farther. She opened her first boutique in London in 1994. In 2011, she announced a new fragrance line called Jo Loves.
