Vetiver Extraordinaire by Frederic Malle Cologne.
For the gentleman of refinement, a spritz of Vetiver Extraordinaire has both the subtlety and the wow factor to take you from work to a night on the town. Anchored by accords of greens, woods, citrus and earth, this cologne is sure to get that special someone to lean in closer. A citrus punch of bitter orange and bergamot comprise the top notes before moving to a spicier heart accord of cloves, pink pepper and vetiver. A woody base of cedar, oak
moss, sandalwood and musk closes out the scent. This 3.4-ounce eau de parfum spray was launched in 2002.
Frederic Malle founded his niche fragrance house, Editions de Parfums, in 2000. The original fragrance library included nine scents, all of which were created by world renowned perfumers. The brand boldly displays the name of each perfumer on the bottle, something that had never been done in the perfume industry. This fragrance was created by top perfumer, Dominique Ropion. Ropion is also known for his work with Givenchy, Chopard and Yves Saint Laurent.
