Floris 1927 by Floris Perfume. Floris 1927 is a tribute to the poets, authors and playwrights who were inspired by the Bright Young Things of the
1920s. Introduced in 2018, this fragrance is a sparkling blend of citrus and floral accords. The perfume opens with notes of zesty bergamot and mandarin orange and fresh, dewy aldehyde notes. As these scents fade, the vibrant floral heart shows itself. The notes of violet, mimosa and narcissus are sweet, joyful and sophisticated. The perfume closes
with notes of musk, patchouli and vanilla, creating a rich and aromatic finish.
British perfume house Floris was established by Juan Famenius and Elizabeth Floris in 1730. The company is still operated by their descendants and even still operates out of its original headquarters. Many prominent historical figures used Floris products, including Queen Victoria, Florence Nightingale and Winston Churchill. Some of the original fragrances are still offered today, although the company creates new offerings frequently. In 2010, Floris celebrated its 280th anniversary by releasing only 280 bottles of a new fragrance, 280.
