Demeter Scottish Shortbread by Demeter Perfume.
Demeter Scottish Shortbread was originally launched in 2000 and offers a blend of deliciously warm and cozy accords. This unisex gourmand fragrance features three notes at its center: butter, eggs and brown sugar. Part of many recipes for this classic biscuit treat, these three impart a delightful combination of creamy, aldehydic, sweet and earthy accords for a rich, creamy and memorable sensory experience.
Demeter Fragrance Library launched its
first three scents in 1996. Dirt, Tomato and Grass first debuted at New York City’s Henri Bendel department stores. The unusual scents quickly became a hit, but they also characterize the brand’s approach to fragrance crafting – turning everyday aromas into wearable perfumes. These cologne concentrations contain 2 to 4% perfume oil with alcohol – a higher oil-to-alcohol ratio than most formulas – so they last longer on the skin. Now part of the Freedom Marketing Group family, the brand has released nearly 400 scents to date.
