This is my favorite scent to wear in the evening. Soooo romantic! I still have some of the giftware Payot made for Pavlova in the 1980s on my dressing table.

My sister LOVES this perfume. She's been wearing it faithfully for years now. It's inexpensive yes but the scent is lovely and very fresh. It's not heavy at all. I highly recommend it!

Pavlova has been "my fragrance" since the seventies, when I discovered it at Joskes of Texas in San Antonio. Joskes is gone now but Pavlova is in my bathroom. My skin does not tolerate most domestic fragrances for whatever reason and or ingredient and I gave up wearing most fragrances on my skin. While I was working at Joskes, I saw this "New" Paris import and decided to try it. I was enamored by it immediately for it's fabulous fragrance and it's longevity. It lingered all day and into the evening without being heavy or overpowering. I wear it almost every day and I hope it stays around at least as long as I do. I am a senior citizen who still loves to feel beautiful and even though I am unable to dance as I once loved as much as breathing, Pavlova plays an important part in helping me accomplish this feeling. I first encountered Pavlova in the early 1980's. A friend of mine wore it, and the smell was so alluring and romantic! I felt like anyone who wore this and smelled this way was elegant and beautiful. This fragrance makes ME feel elegant and beautiful instantly. It is light, airy, almost dreamy. Very versatile and easy to wear, everyone likes this scent that I have ever met.

I too have been wearing Pavlova since the 70's. I have tried other perfumes but I always come back to my most favorite and this is it!

I PURCHASED THIS PERFUME FOR MYSELF. WHEN I FIRST SPRAYED IT ON, I THOUGHT - OH MY GOSH, SO STRONG AND OLD LADY LIKE. I WAS TEMPTED TO WIPE IT OFF WITH A DAMP WASH CLOTH BUT DECIDED TO GIVE IT A TRY. I WAS HOME ABOUT AN HOUR WITH THIS FRAGRANCE ON AND THEN WENT OUT. AS TIME WORE ON, IT WAS SMELLING BETTER AND BETTER. I CAME HOME AND MY HUBBY SAID "WHAT IS THAT NICE SMELL". I SAID "me". LOL GIVE IT A TRY. WHEN YOU FIRST PUT IT ON, YOU MAY NOT LIKE IT, BUT AS TIME WEARS ON IT BRINGS OUT A PLEASANT SCENT.

Such a lovely, soft, powdery fragrance. I have loved it since the 80's and it will always be a favorite.
