Tom Ford Café Rose by Tom Ford Perfume. Tom Ford Café Rose is a stunning day-or-night floral and aromatic feminine fragrance first introduced in
2012. May rose and saffron pricked with black pepper lead, followed by a soft heart of Turkish and Bulgarian rose wreathed in the deep aroma of a dark coffee accord. Patchouli, sandalwood, tawny amber and incense produce a smooth finish that lingers persistently.
Originally intending to pursue a career in architecture, Tom Ford found himself
powerfully drawn to the world of fashion and fragrance during an internship with the design house Chloe. Initially he worked closely with Perry Ellis and Cathy Hardwick, but finally really broke into the industry after accepting a position at Gucci. Within a few years he had taken the brand in an entirely new direction, and in 1992 was named creative director. In 2005 he finally launched his eponymous brand, which continues to create exquisite modern fragrances for both men and women.
