Kenzo Jungle was named after the first boutique of Japanese-born designer Kenzo in Paris, full of colorful designs. The Elephant is a a symbol of good luck and plenitude throughout the Far East. Perfumer Dominique Ropion was called to capture this lush, feel good factor in a fragrance for women and Jungle L'Elephant resulted: Succulent with mango and vanilla under the caravan of spices (cinnamon, cumin, clove and cardamom in the opening), it borders on the edible. Loud, fun and distinctive, Jungle L'Elephant is reserved for festive occasions when you want to shine.

Review of Kenzo Jungle l'Elephant by Patricia A. Glogg
My husband brought this back for me while he was away. It never fails to elicit a comment. People ask for the name of the perfume. While I don't smell it on myself unless I deliberately sniff a pulse point, even late in the day people comment on it! i love the cardamom and patchouli combination.

The first time that I smelled this I was hooked. The woman that I smelled it on told me that it is hard to find. I found that out for myself throughout my searching. Thank you Perfume.com for carrying it! I don't know quite how to describe this fragrance. I find it seductive and rich with so many different notes that hit you at different times throughout your day. When first applied I smell clove, then cinnamon. Throughout my day I get wiffs of clove and vanilla and patchoulli. My only complaint is that it doesn't seem to stay with me. Maybe my body chemistry. If you are considering this fragrance - buy it! You won't be disappointed. I am also a Theirry Mugler - Angel and Opium wearer if that tells you the types of fragrance that it is.

Review of Kenzo Jungle l'Elephant by Elise Bethany
About 10 years ago, I visited my sister in law who was living in Italy. I commented on her scent and she gave me a bottle. I also had men "following me around". I ran out of this perfume and found it a few years ago while in St. Thomas. I was on a cruise with my brother's family (3 sons). That evening at dinner, my little nephews were swarming me and the women at the table asked if they could get the name of my new perfume. I've since wondered if this scent doesn't contain some sort of pheramone compound. Love it!

Review of Kenzo Jungle l'Elephant by A. Woolsey
Jungle L’Éléphant (now rechristened just “Jungle” as Jungle Le Tigre has been discontinued) is one of the warmed, spiciest, most delicious scents ever. For a scent with such an exotic, animalistic name, the scent is one of the most comforting ever, smelling exactly like warm, freshly-baked cinnamon buns when the sweet base glows through after the first rush of strong spice – cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg – abates. This is a great winter fragrance, like carrying a bakery around on one all day.
