Review of Nu by Donna

I don't remember when I first came across Nu. But after finding it and smelling it, I thought I had fallen in love with a perfume. The fragrance can be sexy for night or sophisticated for day. I've received many compliments since I've started wearing the fragrance to work. I truly love this fragrance and have made it my number one to wear over my others.

If you love Opium, Obsession, and Donna Karan Black Cashmere, then this is the fragrance for you. It is like all of them, and yet like none of them. From the smell of it, you can see how Tom Ford progressed on to Youth Dew Amber Nude and Tom Ford Black Orchid. Best of all, you won't smell Nu on every other person you meet, so it makes the perfect signature fragrance on a winter's day.

Review of Nu by Erica Cook

I just don't get the incense and warmth. All I get is a dark floral with a bit of artificial woodsiness. Not a bad fragrance, but not good enough for me.

Review of Nu by Suzanne Lorimer

A woodsy and spicy combination that lasts a long time with such a small spray to your wrist and then use your wrist to put around your pulse points around the body. I have used this for years and find it to be quite the classic fragrance that every real women would dare to wear!

Very long lasting. Fresh exotic fragrance. Smell of Sandalwood prevails. Strong enough to attract attention

Review of Nu by A. Woolsey

This remains the worst fragrance I've ever smelled. Nu began somewhat promisingly, spicy like gingerbread. But then, in a matter of minutes, some odd fake floral notes began to appear. The drydown was terrible, loud and screechy, very medicinal. The warm, sexy incense I'd heard described never appeared, unless that was the fleeting top. Nu was unbearably sour-bitter. I hated this; it just screams to be scrubbed off. A most unpleasant scent, more appropriate for metal androids than any human skin.

Review of Nu by Lisa Sergienko

Nu is a 21st century fragrance, throughly modern in its interpretation of incense and woods without being gimmicky or overly thematic. The woods and spices evoke feelings of dry, warm, and crisp with no single note predominating. I think of this as a winter fragrance, and the perfect finish for daytime wear in a professional setting. It is feminine without being sweet, lush or overblown; and as such as perfect for the office- with that immaculately talored skirted suit & a silk scarf. A real confidence booster.

Review of Nu by A Perfume Lover

Nu, for me, is one of those scents I instantly love and can't get enough of smelling. It's a very rich scent, deep and peppery, but with this incredible tropical flower (orchid, maybe?) sitting right in the middle and lasting all throughout. The EDP (which I'm reviewing) has more pepper, the EDT has more of the flowery part. I far prefer the EDT. And I like the odd packaging -- there is no reason perfumes have to come in bottles, after all.
