This is the way a gardenia perfume should smell. Soft, romantic, and alluring. It is not too strong or cloying. It is not as watery as the original but it is creamier and the dry down is gorgeous. I love Marc Jacob Essence for spring and summer.

Essance seems to have two personalities, one fruity and the other spicy. A difficult combo to combine, but all is worked out somehow. I bought this scent for a friend after recieving a sample of it, she adores it and wears it nearly everyday. I found the spicy aroma too loud for everyday use, but it will diffantly catch your attention.

LOVE THIS PERFUME! I actually have 2 Bottles of it. AND the scent turns heads! It is a rich scent- both floral and spicy!!! It also has this clean smell to it, that drives my husband wild!!! Even my dad likes the scent, and he is the type to not wear anything, because he doesnt want to give off a scent of too-much. BUT this scent smells wonderful!! CLEAN and so scentual! I wish It didn't go so fast for me, i use alot of this! I hope you try this, its worth it, and this website sells it the cheapest i've seen! perfume dot come is the best! i have made sevral orders and all were great! order this perfume, you won't be dissapointed it is a clean alurring scent. and it last all day!!!
