This is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE perfume of all time. I had problems finding a perfume that smelled good on me because not all perfume's smell good on everyone due to thier body chemistry. This one smells great! The scent lasts a long time and I get a compliment pretty much every time I wear it. I first discovered it on my honeymoon 14 years ago and have been a faithfull wearer ever since. I am so happy that it has been and is still available. I hope that it remains available for many more years. I wear it every time I go out of the house. Thank you for a great perfume!

I had never heard of this perfume and still cannot pronounce the name. It was given to me as a gift. I don't like the smell when I first put it on, but during the day it turns into a lovely subtle smell which is nice. It lingers too, staying on your clothes. I think the packaging lets it down, but the bottle itself is a lovely shape.

L'Eau D'Issey is a floral with a light punch and is not typical of all other floral perfumes. I always get compliments on it when I wear it and had not smelled it on anyone else until recently and when I asked what they had on I went and bought more because it smelled so great on them. I have been wearing it for years! It is light but not too light and rather a refreshing fragrance that is intoxicating with out being over board. Definitely pleasing to the senses.

I am a 43 year old mother of two. I was introduced to L'Eau d'Issey Perfume for Women by Issey Miyake while working part time as a perfume model years ago. I love fragrances that do not overwhelm yet compliment you and does not offend anyone you come in contact with. First of all the packaging is beautiful, the name is exotic and the price tells you that this is a quality fragrance and the opposite sex always seem to notice and comment on. My husband loves it on me and can never go wrong as a gift for any occasion. Would like to know what retail stores still carry it. It used to be Dillards, Belks maybe now Macys. Please advise and consider me for the drawing.

This is more green/herbal on me than floral. I did initially try it & wore it for a few weeks, but I am just not a herbal type scent lover & for the price, I will have to pass on it. I am sure it is gorgeous on others but I did not get any floral with my body chemistry, just a strong herb smell after the drydown. Beautiful bottle, very hard to pronounce, and just not my type after all. Very pricey as well.

Who ever says this perfume is any other than one of the best out there, is CRAZY. The men(and women), love this stuff. I can't wait till it get here! It's interesting that there are so many opposite opinions on this perfume. I'm thinking of getting a bottle for myself, but still debating between EDP and EDT. It's strange that for L'eau D'Issey EDT seems to be more popular than EDP. Could anybody give me an advice? Thanks a lot.

It is modern but mature, definitely not something a teenager would wear. The bottle is pretty and unusual. I will re-purchase.

I received a sample small vial spray of L'eau Dissey in the mail a few months ago. It has a pleasant floral scent that is better than most toilet water sprays. I would not wear this as it does not come close to what I like to smell like, however I would give it as a gift to my female friends. The only thing I don't like about this, is that you can't tell anyone its name because it's too hard to pronouce!

When I first sniff this perfume years ago, it was love at first sight, everyone wanted a bottle of this. I describe this as a sparkly, clean, fresh fruity-floral-ish smell. It is great for the summer, and it's very easy to wear. I think it will layer well with alot of other notes as well. However, I find this scent to be tad too "generic" smelling for my taste, and alot more interesting scent has came out since then, not impress with this anymore.

This is really good. this one is most definitely made for the mature older man, with it's rich spice and coastal oceanic undertones. I do like the woodsy scents, but this one is perhaps a little stronger than I'd hoped for. My dad wore this one for a while and he really likes it. He runs a professional hair salon and his clientelle love it when he wears it. I think it is in the medium range of a good cologne.

L'Eau d'Issey Perfume for Women by Issey Miyake is truly one of my all time favourites. I originaly bought it for my mum as a christmas present, but when I smelled it on her I was hooked. I have now been using it every single day for about a year, and I probably will for many years to come. I get notes of lily of the valley, bergamot amber and cedar. I heard someone describing it as "sweet", but in my opinion it isn't. I find it to be a fresh but woody scent, with a slight hint of oriental sensuality in it.

I like it initially, but on me the floral notes wear off more quickly and it becomes more of an herbal, fruity fragrance which I am not as fond of. This one is a winner from the start. With its light floral scent that just lingers for a long time on me anyway, it is perfect for the spring or summer season. I wouldnt personnally wear it for business but for going out with friends or an intimate night out with that special someone it is a must in my book. A very strong fragrance that smells great and is great for both everday and professional wear. As I mentioned at the start of this review, this is a VERY strong fragrance and so, a little goes a *long* way. It's hard to get just the right amount because it's so easy to put too much on, be careful. It smells great with just the right amount, but too much and it becomes too much of a good thing. I have received many compliments from individuals and I enjoy wearing this from time to time. It's not the best, and it's a little strong, but it's still a very good perfume that won't dissapoint!

L'eau D'Issey is a fine perfume, in the line of Aqua Di Gio. A bit spicier, and would be a good choice for colder weather. They do come out during the summer with an alternate for Eau D'issey. I purchased Lune D'Issey for my girlfriend, which is the summer version of l'eau d'Issey. It is the same perfume, but no alcohol was added. It is much lighter than the spicy eau D'Issey. I would definitely recommand this perfume to the younger crowd.

For you fans of Issey Miyake(like me),you have got to try L'eau Bleue D'Issey. This is a knockout. It's without doubt distinctive. If you wore this on a night out,I can guarantee you will hear someone remark on you smelling nice, or asking you what you are wearing. If you really do want to stand out in the crowd,this IS the one. I like regular Issey...but I'm sticking with Blue! I have never heard anyone say they don't like it...It drives the Mrs wild! Only one caution, Don't overuse this is powerful.

I have been in love with L'Eau d'Issey Perfume for Women by Issey Miyake for years. It is definitely more of a Spring/Summer scent so I look forward to those seasons every year. It is floral but not overbearing, yet it stays on for a really long time! There is a slight musk to it but it's a good one, not overpowering. A very pretty, light, crisp, citrusy fresh scent. Light Blue reminds me of a fresh Spring rain with a hint of iced lemonade and the faint smell of denim. It's perfect for Spring and Summer, and a great scent for daily wear. It's one of those scent that makes feel happy and refreshed every time I wear it, and when it comes to "Clean" scents, this is by far my favorite!

I think it's very oriental, and it's not because of the name, but the scent reminds me hot asian nights full of the blossom of magnolia tree. Very floral with the touch of honey. Strong and sweet. Personnaly, I wore it more on colder seasons, in summer time it becomes very annoying and gives you the headache, but if you're looking for being noticed , that's what You need.

If you're looking for a new summer scent, this is a great choice. It isn't very well-known, or at least I didn't think so when I first decided to try it out, but it is definitely worth a shot. It smells nice and flowery, and is great for the Spring and Summer. The only con for me was that it didn't last as long as I'd like my perfumes to, but while it lasted it sure smelled good.

Borderline too strong for a good 30 mins-- but clean, so clean smelling! I think of clean linens drying on a line on a sunny, breezy day. I think it's a bit musky with more mellow flowery fragrances, and it definitely lasts the whole day without a problem. Without a doubt, my favorite perfume I have ever owned.

A lovely fragrance that lasts most of the day. The scent does go well from day into night. Most of my friends like the scent, it doesn't come across as being too strong or musky. L'Eau d'Issey Perfume for Women by Issey Miyake is hands down my favorite scent that I own. My husband totally loves the very light floral relaxing scent on me. When I first had my children this is the only perfume that I could wear because it is so very delicate and light and did not upset my babies tiny noses. Since it is so light the scent does wear away quickly but not too quick. I use this scent the most in the spring and summer because it has that warm weather feel to it. It is very femine and sexy at the same time.

I like it initially, but on me the floral notes wear off more quickly and it becomes more of an herbal, fruity fragrance which I am not as fond of.
