I got a sample of Armani Code from their Facebook so that I could see if I like it before purchasing it for my fiance. Unfortunately, to me it smells a bit like that very distinct smell that arises from inserting multiple cologne samples into the same magazine, mingling them with the pulpy glossed paper scent. I sprayed it onto my own arm, so there could be a difference due to female versus male body chemistry, but when I walked near my father, he ended up asking why I smelled like a magazine, so it isn't just me. All of this said, it isn't a *bad* scent, just not something I look to find on a man but instead associate with the scent of a freshly delivered GQ.

Armani Code Cologne for Men by Giorgio Armani is in my opinion a great cologne made by Giorgio Armani. The aroma that it gives off is a spicey and soft smell that completely shot Armani MANIA out of the water. Great gift idea.

Whoever doesn't give this Armani Code by Giorgio Armani five stars is absolutely insane! I absolutely love Armani Code by Giorgio Armani! Im a woman, and I love Armani Code so much that I buy it for my boyfriend with my own money! I make sure he always has it in stock simply because I love the smell. I introduced him to the cologne and he fell in love with it also. He doesnt wear anything else. PS Kenneth Cole Thermal is great too. I give that 4 stars.

this cologne smells pretty darn amazing. it lasts a decent amount, nice and soft, with a little hint of spicyness. however when it starts off it smells kind of like lemon scented dust remover aerosol. once u get past that though its completely awesome,, really like how the base smells kinda chocolatey!
