Unless you are 60 years or older, this cologne is not for you. It's smell is so strong and pungent that it made me nauseous even trying it.

I love this fragrance. My mom bought it for my dad in the early 80's(1981).I was about 11 then.He would let me put a little on whenever we were going out.It made me think of a man in a Grey Flannel Suit looking sharp and confident.I wanted to be that guy.I still do.I still have that same memory whenever I wear this scent.I also remember thinking that the little flannel bag it came in was so chic.

I had a deal when the salesclerk told me she'd give me Grey Flannel if I add a little to my change after the first cologne(expensive) I bought. What the heck! I did. With expectations of a cheap non-lasting fragrance. Much to my surprise! my lady friends loved it! and I got an indecent proposal from a married woman!! I succumbed to temptation!! well, Im not saying you should...but wear it if you'd like your power resistance tested.

Review of Grey Flannel by Andy
When I smelt Grey Flannel Cologne for Men by Geoffrey Beene straight fom the bottle I wasn't sure if I liked the smell, it smelt "offensive" at first. But when I wore it, it felt different. More fresh, a sharp, green, woody, kind of fresh with a bit of flowery sweetness. After the opening the sharp green fades into a woodsy herbal violet smell. Smells great from start to finish. If this was the only fragrance I owned I'd be happy wearing Grey Flannel almost every day. I was expecting a barely wearable harsh old mans fragrance, but it's not. It's a great everyday manly scent (not overly manly) and most of all it's strong, long lasting and interesting. Eau Sauvage was my only recent staple fragrance so far, but now Grey Flannel joins it. I love it
