I have worn Happy since Clinique first introduced the scent. It is absolutely my favorite scent. I have gotten many compliments and people always ask what I wear. I have tried other scents, but they are not for me since and I always go back to Happy. The scent is not heavy, it is very light and refreshing. Not too "citrusy" or too "floraly". This is my all time favorite and I have yet to find anything that compares.

I have worn this perfume for several years. It is a clean, sweet citrus fragrance that is not overpowering. It does have a delightfully citrus-y fragrance that is sweet, but not too sweet, and light, but not too light. It's amazing how long it lasts as well - I put it on in the morning and when I return from work 9 hours later, I can still smell it. It is a wonderful spring/summer fragrance that can be worn by women of all ages. Spritz it on the morning and you'll feel like facing the day! Enjoy!

The most over-rated and underwhelming fragrance on the market to date. There is nothing special, nor even pleasant about this. It appears to be the opposite of a skin scent, it makes the wearer smell chaste, no, "asexual". Why people wear this is beyond me. It is the most 'un'-sensual (I don't even think there is a word for that) fragrance imaginable.

Happy by Clinique for Women is a really good fragrance. My sister introduced me to this fragrance. Since we have completely different tastes I was surprised when I liked the scent. It’s a well blended mix of citrus and floral. It is flirty and mature at the same time. It isn’t a heavy or overpowering scent. It reminds me of the spring.

Everyone I know wears Happy! Either this one or one of the other versions. I like this one the best though! It almost smells like oranges but not quite. The name is perfect because I really do feel happier when I wear this! It lasts a long time too, if you spray it on in the morning you can still smell it on you in the afternoon.

What's good about this fragrance is that it's widely available, relatively cheap, and the lasting power is surprisingly good for a light scent. The juice itself is just so-so. I enjoy smelling Happy on other people from time to time, but it's probably not something I would choose for myself. Even though it kickstarted the fresh n' citrusy fragrance trend, there are sooo many light scents out there nowadays to try that are much prettier than Happy...including the other scents in the Happy line (Happy Heart, Happy to Be). That's my $0.02, but to all the Happy-philes out there, more power to you. You definitely could do worse.

Clinique Happy is one of the best fragrances that I have come across. It's very light, almost airy. I'm not a big fan of flowery perfumes, but this is one that I can tolerate. This is getting to be an oldie, but definetly a goodie! This is my all time favorite of any perfume I have ever worn. If I had to use one word to describe it, it would be "sunny". Compared to the prices of other perfumes that have been coming onto the market, this one is the nicest scent for the price. I definetly recommend trying it, if you are debating. This is one my many sister-in-law's signature scents. I always loved the way she smelled, so I wanted to get some for myself. This is yet another time when I discovered that all scents don't smell the same on everyone. It did not come anywhere close to smelling as great on myself, and I was kind of disappointed. Happy, well, really makes my mother-in-law HAPPY! this is a great fragrence and is very popular for that reason. The scent lasts a long time, especially when you squirt it in your hair or walk through a mist of it. This is much better in the spray perfume that in the body scrub or lotion - it lasts a lot longer. Remember, a lot of times you can get a free add-on item when you purchase it - just check the clinique site to see when they are being offered.

I wasn't sure why I liked this perfume so much, until I read in the product description that it contains Bergamot, which is the main flavoring agent in Earl Grey tea (my favorite tea). It does have a delightfully citrus-y fragrance that is sweet, but not too sweet, and light, but not too light. Although perfumes are a very individual decision, I think this perfume is outstanding--it's different enough to stand out, but light enough to be refreshing. I think it's very appropriate for casual use or even work if used with a light hand. What I find intriguing about the product description is that the perfume also contains boysenberry! I can't say that I can detect it, but it seems an interesting ingredient.

This perfume smells very fruity and girly. I loved it at first but after a while it got to me. It's almost too strong. The good thing though, is that it lasts forever!!! It is also very reasonably priced. If you spray it on your shirt, you'll still smell the scent at the end of the day. Very feminine smell.

Happy by Clinique is so great because it's light and fruity and it's not overbearing like so many other scents can be. You don't get sick of it because it's subtle, but noticable and pleasant. One of the great things about Happy is that it is ageless. I love the smell of Happy. The first time I smelled it was on young woman in her early 20's-- on an elevator that I was taking as we were going to our respective offices. I generally don't ask woman I don't know about their perfume choices but I was compelled to this time. Once she told me what it was I went to Marshall Fields and purchased my own bottle that same day. This is totally out of character for me but I absolutely fell in love with the scent and even several years later, I still purchase it and it still makes me infinitely happy. The scent is so light and sweet it smells like a little patch of heaven.

I have tried many scents out there. This is the one fragrance I always come back to. It is absolutely the easiest one to wear without smelling too strong. I am not a fan of flowery fragrances so the citrus hints in Happy makes it refreshing and not too over-bearing. Definitely give this one a try if you want something clean and simple.

I love this fragrance - its my signature scent. I also love to wear other fragrances, but everytime I wear this people ask me what I'm wearing! I love the light, citrusy scent but I really love that others think it smells great on me! This perfume is another standby for gift giving. Mostly everyone loves the scent. It is light and combines both floral and fruity undertones. I purchased it as a gift for my wife and she wears it on and off now for what has been a couple of years. It is not too strong as some of the other perfumes are, so its good for wearing to the office and out on a date.

I have been searching for the "perfect" fragrance for a while and bought a small bottle of "Happy" from a discount outlet. I know someone who has worn it and enjoyed it and have seen some good reviews so I thought I would take a chance. This scent is definitely NOT something I would wear. Although I like to smell flowery, citrusy, sporty type aromas on others, I guess they are not for me. When I tried some, I was reminded of Raid insect killer. This happens often to me when I have used light citrus or certain floral fragrances. I actually have tried Clinique's Happy Heart, Simply and Happy to Be as well with similar results. I am sure these scents must smell great on some people, but they do not work with my chemistry. I have had more luck with the soft, powdery, spicy or woody scents. I guess I will keep looking.
