This has become my FAVORITE perfume. I tend to think most perfumes are too strong or too light, but this one is just right and lasts for just the right amount of time. If you like floral and "aquatic" scents over more fruity scents, this should be right up your alley!

I like this fragrance but only gave it 3 stars because for me the fragrance doesn't last at all. I spray it on and its gone after an hour or so. I bought the fragrance shimmer stick and then would spray the perfume on that which helped extend its life a little, but not long enough.

I fell in love with curious a few months ago when my daughter bought the rollerball lipgloss duo and I couldn't belive how delightful this smells! I think curious is my fave out of all fragrances out there. And Britney's boys are adorable and this is one of the celeb fragrances I don't mind buying because Shawn Preston and Jayden James are beautiful children and have been through so much and I am glad Brit is getting herself together I am proud of her! I am not really a fan of her music but I think as a person Britney is a beautiful, down to earth,talented young woman who made way for herself and worked hard to achieve her stardom. Respect her people! Her fragrances are all nice and the best of the celeb frags out there! Also SJP has good frags as well!And I am not a fan of SJP either but I did watch sen in the city but Kim Catrall was my favorite on the show! But I like celeb fragrances they are something new and fresh and they are keeping perfume collecters like myself interested and in anticipation of who is bringing out the next new fragrance! Also you got to admit the new frags have cuter more interesting bottle and packaging than back in the day! I can't stand Kim Kardashian but I hear in Feb 2009 she will be launching a fragrance too! Interesting!

There is something about curious that i like a lot and I can't leave this fragrance alone! I ran out and said I wouldn't purchase again and guess what? I did buy it again! I guess it is my fave because I used this up before any of the others I have. It is a lovely flowery smell I guess the Louisiana magnolia? I don't know but it smells good. I prefer this over Fantasy and Curious in control>

I love this perfume!!!!!!! I get compliments all the time on how good I smell and everyone always asks what I'm wearing. I love to spray a little in my hair b/c you wouldn't believe how many people notice it when you are next to them. Not alot of perfumes that i can wear while working around elderly as they're so sensitive to smells...but this is one i can wear & even they love! I must admit, its "young" smelling, but i LOVE it! Nothing overpowering, i love the patchouli i noticed along with scents of lavender and flowers...a very different scent to be enjoyed. My daughters & nieces have loved recieving this scent as a gift...and the pretty bottle is a nice touch on our dresser.

this perfume is definately flirty, sexy and suh-weet. the only con i have for it is: it wears off quickly. the bottle is absolutely beautiful, fit 4 a goddess. i was a bit surprised with the compliments i recieved seeing as i coudn't get a quick spray of it at the store...becuhz it's britney spears. i would have expected something overpowering & cheap. it doesn't exactly wear off all the way, it just doesn't stay on for the whole day. this scent is light, with an interesting blend of Louisiana magnolia, musk, vanilla and some woodsy smells. which comes to a pleasant, floral scent. i would definately recommend this parfume for younger ages and daytime wear+evening wear. if u like a very sensual and interesting scent, this CURIOUS iz 4 u!!!

Leave this one to the teenagers, folks. What was I thinking even trying something branded Britney Spears? It's a fruit-floral accord, like any celebrity fragrance, and it smells rather generic and juvenile. It costs too much for what it is. Fantasy is a little better, but still, not something I'd purchase or wear.

I just didn't care for this scent. Being from the South, I thought I would like the magnolia notes. But I think they are a bit too strong. This is a heavier scent perfume, wear with a light touch!! Made more for a Britney age fan-teens and early 20s. Her other scent "Fantasy" is much better.

Although I am not always a fan of white florals, the sweet notes in this improved it for me. The vanilla, pear, and lotus flower balanced out the thick waxiness of the white floral notes nicely. I felt like any heaviness wore off really quickly and overall it was a nice light scent that is not overpowering. It's pretty, but for a person to wear it frequently, they should be a fan of both white florals and sweet somewhat gourmand notes, because this scent is definitely strong in those.

This was so different than I thought it would be...light and somewhat sweet. Rather than a flowery smell, I get a sort of cotton candy scent, which is very pleasant to me. I bought a smaller bottle as a gift for a teen girl and she loved it as well! Definitely recommend at these great prices.

I love the packaging of this perfume, with the atomizer it's just so girly and the bottle just makes me smile when I use it. However I am not as pleased with the scent as I am the bottle. I recieved this perfume as a christmas present and thought by all of the hype surrounding it that it would be a wonderful fragrence, much to my dismay it was just "OK" the scent is sort of florally, and a little vanillaery but theres something about the combonation that just doesnt tickle my nose, I think this is one of those ya either like it or ya dont. I would defenitly say to try it before ya buy it just to make sure ya like it.

This fragrance makes me smell sweet and feel playful too. There are notes of vanilla and magnolia essence which gives it a flowery scent but not overly powerful. The only thing I really dislike about this perfume is that the staying power is zilch! This EDT definitely needs to be layered with the body cream for a longer lasting effect.

Don't trust the magazine sample and ignore the person, just go and try it out for yourself. As a totally impartial person and a perfume shopoholic I think it is a great scent. To me it smells like a lovely light white floral scent with a touch of sweetness. It is not overly sweet and blends quickly. I wear perfume on my pulse points 45 mins before leaving the house and Curious certainly doesn't offend anyone in my office. By later in the day it can only be smelled lightly where I sprayed it. I think it is a fun, feminine scent, with a really distinctive bottle, which deserves a chance.

I bought this set at Bon-Ton last spring, and the perfume did last a long time, the body wash and lotion were a different story. What initially attracted me to this perfume was the fact that Britney Spears produced it, and also the packaging was a real seller for me. This perfume smells very "innocent" and "girly", but the scent wears off easily- meaning you have to reapply it often. The magnolia scent is a little too strong for my taste.

Right away, I like the bottle. It looks very chic. It looks like an old-fashioned perfume bottle. You know, right away it's really nice. Very citrusy but in a light way. It's sexy but it's lighter than I thought it would be. This is another daytime scent that I could see teens all the way to grannies wearing. I dont want to turn anyone away from this scent but it isnt one of my favorites. I love the packaging of this perfume but was a little disappointed when I purchased some recently and put it on. It did not smell as good on as it does in the bottle. A friend of mine bought some and it smelled a little better on her but it is still not one of my favorites. The good thing about it though is it is not expensive so even if you buy it and dont like it you arent loosing much.

Curious by Britney Spears reminds me of when I first step out of the shower; it has a refreshing scent and it does provide an aura of mystery whenever I wear it. This is the type of perfume I love to wear whenever I got out to a concert or a special evening out with my female friends. It has a light airy scent to it and the best advantage of this perfume is that the scent does not fade away after a lengthened period of time therefore I do not have to reapply it every so often. Another aspect of this perfume I love is the commercial where it does leave a sense of curiosity "in the air". This perfume lingers and leaves a wonderful scent of mystery which I believe is the goal of this perfume. Overall this is one perfume I would love to continue to wear.

If I were to base this rating on the atomizer bottle alone, this review would be a 5. However, the perfume inside, with notes consisting of Louisiana magnolia and vanilla, among others, is basically boring and generic. It would be perfect as a juvenile body spray, but is definitely not worth the money as a high end perfume. Staying power is good, however. I would never purchase this again unless it was for my daughter.

when i first heard about vanilla musk and magnolia being part of the concoction, i was excited to finally try it out. unfortunately, that alone will not redeem this fragrance. i was not satisfied with this perfume, because i felt it just smells cheap and unoriginal. it reminds me of a drugstore perfume, like designer imposters. as much as i usually dislike jennifer lopez, i prefer her "miami glow" fragrance (even over her original "glow" or "still"). i think they're totally different scents, but the tropical fruit notes and warm summery smell of "miami glow" is addictive. i've been comparing "curious" to a million other fragrances lately, and on my list it's just right above naomi campbell's terrible perfumes. on a positive note, i like the cute crystal blue bottle with the vintage-style atomizer. the ads on television are a big turnoff, too. save your money and spend it on a similar quality perfume--naomi campbell's. curious may be a feminine scent, but here are some other and more memorable fragrances i'd recommend for this spring and summer instead of britney spears's CURIOUS:

Eh, I've never been too crazy with Britney Spear's taste. CURIOUS by Britney Spears, just like Fantasy, is disgustingly sweet-smelling. It is like walking into a street fair lined with cotton-candy. My girlfriends little sister came home with this stuff and maybe it was the shear amount she put on, but this stuff was horrid. It may also be the image that is created by the travesty that is Britney and the media attention that is leaving the bad taste in my mouth, because I could literally taste the perfume that she had on. It is quickly overpowering and I don't recommend it. It is cheap and is definately geared towards the bubble gum pop age group, however the rest of us have to be around it and I personally felt ill after I was around it.

To be honest with BS as the namesake- I really wasn't curious anymore- I flat decided I didn't want my wife wearing it- however, I do adore the bottle and the way it goes back to an older time a true testament to her time spent in the Southern states. I appreciate that she kept her appeal to the younger crowd and stayed away from all things women. I can't imagine what a collosal disappointment it'd be if she were to venture in that direction. I gave it a 4 although it is NOT appealing to me- I find lots of younger females appreciate it and think I'm perhaps partial because of my dislike of it's namesake... Initials- BS! lol.

I brought this perfume on a holiday with my mates because I didnt have any with me. I love it! It smells sweet and its not too strong when you put it on the first time! The smell lasts a while, but of course it fades towards the end of the day. You are still able to smell it if u got it on ur clothes. I would recommend this perfurme to people who prefer sweeter more flowery perfumes!

My teenage daughter absolutely loves, loves, loves Curious by Brittany Spears. I bought her the gift set and she uses each item in the set everyday. I myself love the smell and tried it once just to see how I would like it on myself. It does smell nice on me, but I personally wouldn't wear it because although the scent is great, I do think this is made more for the younger crowd. I cannot see myself wearing this...I feel too "old" for it.

This perfume is one I definitely would NOT buy again. At first I thought it was the way the perfume reacted with my skin. But alas, both my teen-age daughter and my sisters tried it and hated it as well. It is too strong and it has an alcohol smell to it. I guess I was disappointed because I was looking for a nice smelling perfume and this starts to smell like that perfume your grandmother got from the dime store and left in her cupboard for 30 years after the first five minutes its on your skin. So if you are looking for something that you can wear all day or night and still smell great... Please buy a different perfume.

I like the bottle but don't like the fragrance. It is too sweet and over the top flower scented. Even my 13 year old daughter thought is was over the top. We know someone who purchased this and it doesn't stay on. The decanter it comes in is beautiful, but the fragrance is something maybe preteens may enjoy. It doesn't stand out, and doesn't have that power smell that some major scents carry. It smells like it would come from Bath and Body Works. (which is a good store,so you know)

I really think this perfume smells really good, it is light and floral not overpowering, my only complaint is I feel like it doesnt have a lot of "staying" power, IE it doesn't see to last that long and I have to reapply it too much. Overall I would say it is a really good "daytime" scent.

Britney Spears's "Curious" is a great smelling perfume. It has it light musky smell, with hints of jasmine or honeysuckle, maybe even orchid. It's a great mixture of scents and is perfect for casual times, such as hanging out with family/friends, picnics, bowling. It is more of a daytime scent, and I would say would be great in the summertime with the musk and floral undertones. It does need to be layered with the lotion or applied frequently throughout the day, as it does not tend to last til evening.

This smells exactly what I picture Britney Spears smelling like. Curious stinks like a cheap, how do I phrase this politely, lady of the night. If you want to smell like a bubble gum and a clinic, go for this scent. It is unmistakably "easy". To make matters worse, it has that cheap little atomizer attached to it. Ms. Spears, or Mrs. Federline, needs to go back to the bayou and collect some roadkill if she wants to make a more pleasing scent. This one misses the mark. The only thing I am curious about is who actually wears this.

This is definitely a light floral scent and to me it's not "loud" at all..maybe at first spritz its strong but as with most perfumes that quickly fades into a cool, whispy floral fragrance with sweet undertones which creates a pleasant young, playful scent that lasts pretty long. To be honest, I was hesitant to try this perfume, I truly thought it would be strong and too "out there" for me, however, I did try this at the mall one day and while it is not at the top of my list, it is not really bad at all. The scent appears quite strong at first, it almost seems overpowered, but after a few minutes it does fade to a more subtle scent. I have wore this perfume, it is just not one that I pick everyday, it is nice to wear for a "change", but I do feel it is more appropriate for a younger market. I do love the design of the product, it is a beautiful bottle in beautiful packaging and the price is in line with other brands of this type.

This isn't the worst perfume in the world, but I dislike it a lot. It's a basic white floral, supposedly it has some vanilla or musk notes, but all I've ever smelled is overpowering, old-lady flowers. It's WAY too strong. It gave me a headache, then when I tried to wash it off, it wouldn't come off! It gains a point for being long-lasting-- I'll give it that. But smelling like bad breath and old-lady is not a scent that I wish to prolong. Maybe it just doesn't work for my chemistry, but I would not advise this scent for anyone who hasn't tested it first!

I happen to be a huge Britney Spears fan, so when I heard she was coming out with her own perfume line, I was excited! However, I was a bit disappointed when I smelled Curious. On a positive note, the packaging is so adorable. The box that the perfume comes in is so pretty and so well made, that I actually kept mine to use as storage for stuff. Next, the bottle is very eye catching and fun to hold. It makes me feel very sexy and feminine to spray it. The smell, however, was not what I was expecting. I would think she would have come up with something very soft and sexy. This happens to be very almost musky smelling. Kudos to the design team.

I didn't think this fragrance would be for me when if first came out. But, after one whiff... this is a very grown up scent! The magnolia floral notes mixed with the muskiness of it make it very nice and long lasting. I find the packaging of this product to appeal to teens and pre-teens, but the scent is not at all like that. This is a deep, musky floral with an appeal for the 20-something - 40-something crowd, and I think this scent will be one that people want to buy long after we forget who Britney was.

Britney Spears Curious is a light soft floral fragrance that starts off with a delicate floral scent that slowly transforms into a stronger Louisiana Mangolia scent. Curious is also composed of Blonde Woods, Golden Anjou Pear, Lotus Flower, Tuberose, Star Jasmine, Pink Cyclamen, Vanilla Infused Musk, and Sandalwood. The packaging for the 3.3 oz bottle consist of a blue transparent diamond shaped bottle with an old fashioned atomizer. Although it is very cute, unique and a great shelf decorative item, it’s not meant to be moved around too much. When turned sideways or upside down (say if you’re traveling), the pump of the atomizer gets soak by the fragrance and leaves a mess. Luckily, it comes with an extra cap in case you decide to move it from place to place.

i was a bit disappointed by by the ratings system. truthfully, i have to give the fragrance a one, and even that is generous. however, for taking me back to my 1980s childhood by perfectly replicating the scent of debbie gibson's electric youth, i'd go as high as a ten. the scent gives a sickly sweet reassurance that, not even with several hot showers, will you be able to rid yourself of its cloying odor. maybe that's harsh. i'll just say i'm not overly "curious" to smell anything else created by the pop princess.
