I tried this perfume at Nordstrom's and fell in love with its scent. I ordered it immediatley on Perfume.com and was so excited when I received my shipment. Although it was great when I first tried it I soon realized that the scent wore off shortly after it was applied. The next day I thought I would try a bit more thinking I didn't apply enough the first time. The same thing happened each time I sprayed it on myself. Bummer!! I love the scent but wish it would last!

Petite Cherie is a delightful summery fragrance, just sweet enough and totally refreshing on a hot summer day. It combines light pear and floral notes into something that evokes summer in Provence (at least as I imagine it!) Just a light spritz lifts your spirit. Buy at Perfume.com for best price (also, always sold out at Nordstrom and other department stores). If you want to feel clean and fresh, even after you've been driving around in rush hour traffic in 100 degree heat, Petite Cherie is the perfect choice.

I have been a Petite Cherie fan for nearly seven years. It is such a light wonderful fragrance and I get compliments on it all the time. I also love the body cream - it smells great and stays on for a long time. The one thing that I love about Petite Cherie is that is doesn't stay in your clothes like other strong perfumes. It's fresh every day. I love your web site and will continue to use it to order Petite Cherie, as long as I keep receiving the quality perfume and not a knock off perfume. Love, love, love this one. I have always wanted to find the perfect fruity scent and this is it. It has pear in it and it makes the fragrance smell divine. Soft, fresh and elegant. I also have the matching body cream and Oh my goodness is that amazing layered with the fragrance.

This perfume is lovely for daytime. It's sweet without being sickening, and on me, it lasts and lasts. It makes me think of Spring and clear skies and sunshine. There is a pear and apple scent dominating, but not in the fake, bath and bodyworks way. A soft touch of vanilla seems apparent to me, but not sure if that's the right note. Love this perfume!

Petite Chérie is another delicate, lovely creation by Annick Goutal, years ahead of other fragrance houses when she brought this scent onto the market. The pear note that dominates Petite Chérie is so unbelievably succulent as to make one's mouth water. It rests on a bed of soft, unobtrustive green notes and florals with the faintest touch of sweetness - nothing too overdone or loud. It's wonderfully balanced. Sadly, like all Goutal scents, Petite Chérie's longevity is an infuriating joke. It's such an amazingly beautiful scent that lasts but for a fleeting moment.

Annick Goutal calls Petite Cherie "the perfume you want to kiss." Its notes are peach, soft rose, pear, fresh cut grass, and vanilla, and its fans supposedly include Drew Barrymore and Cameron Diaz. This fragrance is not one of my favorites from the Goutal line, but that's just a matter of personal taste. If you enjoy wearing scents that could be described as fresh, playful, or youthful, you should definitely try Petite Cherie.
