  Paul Smith Woman isn't as special as I had hoped it would be , based on good reviews I had read about it. It's pleasant enough but smells like a lot of other perfumes and doesn't stand out to me. There's one note in it which I find a bit off-putting, maybe the green tea, and this seems to overwhelm the perfume so I can barely smell any of the other notes. There's also something a bit cheap smelling about it to me and I'd expect more from a designer perfume. I think it smells a bit like a cheap body spray, so it might appeal more to a teenager than to a more mature woman. I hope that this perfume grows on me and that I start to like it more because I bought a large bottle of it cheaply over the internet, but if it doesn't then I'm glad I didn't waste a lot of money on it! Either way, to me it's just an OK perfume but nothing special at all.

  Honestly, this perfume is something special. I am a chef I have too many smells around me and this magnificent scent is always with me. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

• Review of Paul Smith London by Debbi Lane

  I so wanted to like this one and bought it based on reviews. Awful. Did not smell any of the notes listed. Smelled so strongly of cedar...reminded me of hamster litter. It does last forever.
