Unopened packages can be returned for a full refund. Monies will be refunded once we confirm receipt in our warehouse.

You will receive tracking numbers and methods via email the day after your package leaves our warehouse, usually 2-3 Business days after you place your order, we are working hard to improve this. Most items are shipped from our New York State warehouse. To insure timely delivery, packages are sometimes split up and shipped separately, you may receive multiple packages if there are many items in your order.
