Went to Italy in 1986 and discovered this fabulous perfume!!
I would splash it on like water!! I can still smell the scent in my head!! Love Versace!!

I spent my Christmas bonus on this beautiful fragrance.
From the moment I sampled it in the store, I had to have it. It came is a grey and burgundy box and the shape of the bottle was beautiful. I never experienced a fragrance like it and used it sparingly. I kept the bottle long after it was empty, but the aroma remained. I was sad to learn it was discontinued. None of their new fragrances compare to this one.

Most Beautiful Fragrance!
This was the most beautiful fragrance ever and it immediately became my signature fragrance. It was a sad day indeed when, after his death, they discontinued Gianni Versace's classic perfume. Nothing that the present house of Versace has done can begin to compare.

A premier fragrance that is captured GV's true genius!
This formula was the highlight of the man's incredible genius. (IT'S DISCONTINUATION IS A SERIOUSLY GRAVE ERROR).

Sad this is discontinued...
I also remember this product fondly, and was so sad when they discontinued production. If Versace ever saw fit to resurrect this recipe, they would have an enthusiastic customer base.

So very sad this is no longer available.
My husband bought this for me in the mid eighties. I loved it and so many admired it. A big mistake to discontinue the production of this beautiful product. I cleared out the stock in Kendals in Manchester when the attendant told me it was discontinued. I miss it
