Herod by Parfums De Marly Cologne. If you are a man with discriminating tastes, then it might be difficult for you to find a cologne you truly
appreciate. Look no further because Herod by Parfums de Marly has everything you are looking for. It came out in 2012 and has a rich, aromatic profile. Pepper wood and cinnamon are the notes you will find first in the opening of the cologne’s application. Incense, tobacco leaf, osmanthus and labdanum are the real heart of the cologne. Musk, cypriol,
patchouli, vetiver, iso e super, cedar and vanilla close the profile out within the base.
Although the fragrances produced by Parfums de Marly came out within the last few years, the company wants to create an impression that makes it feel as though the colognes were made with old-school techniques. It is a difficult task, but the company hired Olivier Pescheux to be the nose behind Herod to accomplish the feat.
I try decant first before decided to buy full bottle. The vanilla sweetness never overpowering thus it gives a sense of shisha tobacco smell.Very balance, not too sweet.Herod is still my top favourite tobacco fragrance.

Due to the great and large amount of comments via different media channels about "Herod " I became excited purchase it. I love OUD fragrances as I removed the cover from the bottle the scent projection was weak. Compare to POLO Supreme Oud which is fantastic.....parfum de marly I'm not impressed
