Zenne by Nishane Perfume. Released in 2017, Zenne is a unisex oriental floral fragrance that’s part of the Nishane brand’s Shadow Play collection. This scent, crafted with luxurious and exotic notes, is named for a key character in traditional Turkish shadow play theatre. It opens with a delicious and masterful combination of refreshing grapefruit, earthy sweet black currant and tart, crisp rhubarb. The fragrance ends with base notes of vanilla, ambergris and musk, resulting in soft and sweet gourmand aromas blended with warmth and animal vitality.

The Turkish fragrance label was founded in the early 2010s by two Istanbul natives, Mert Güzel and Murat Katran. They launched their company with several introductory scents in 2013 and has produced more than 30 perfumes to date. Its collection contains men’s, women’s and unisex editions crafted by master perfumers such as Jorge Lee and Cecile Zarokian.
