DEFECTIVE SAMPLE!

This sample was defective. I followed the instructions, and by the way, I have never had this type of sample before. Dried up Sample Size

I was very disappointed with being charged for an empty package. Very poor business practice in my opinion. I was hoping to find out if I like it so I'd know whether or not to buy it in the future. I'd recommend NOT ordering this particular sample (0.3 ml). It's a waste of money.
