Why is mine different?
I visited my sister in Georgia and she had Dot by Marc Jacobs. I thought the bottle was so cute. But when I opened it and smelled I wanted it. It smelled amazing. So I sprayed it on me. And it still smelled wonderful. I don't often find perfumes that don't give me headaches and even rarer perfumes that still smell the same/good after I apply them to my skin. For some reason that would change the scent. But Dot smelled just as beautiful after putting it on me. And smelling it all day made me happy. So I ordered some for myself. But the bottle I got smells different. Not as good. I don't understand why. And it is too expensive to keep buying till I get a good one. Are they not all the same? Not happy!

New bottle doesn't smell like first one.
I visited my sister in 2021 and she had this Dot perfume. I used it while there and fell in love with it. It smelled amazing. It made me happy just wearing it. So I ordered some for myself and the bottle I got doesn't smell like what my sister had. I am so disappointed. I don't know why it isn't the same but this stuff is too expensive to keep buying in hopes of getting the right one. AND NOW ITS DISCONTINUED! WHY???

My daughter bought a very small bottle of this for my birthday two years ago. I loved it and used it sparingly. When I ran out recently, I searched for a larger bottle so I could use it daily. I love it!
