Shalimar Perfume

I LOVE THE AROMA!!

Geurlain Shalamar for me is the beat perfume ever and I purchased my first bottle because I'd read that Frida Kahlo wore it, she is my hero and anything good enough for such a incredibly strong woman as her is certainly good enough for me. I'd describe this perfume as a Timeless classic and different to most of today's light styles, when you wear this the scent is unique and I adore it.

Since I was a teenager Shalimar has always been the essence of every classic lady I have known. It has been my bride's favorite for two score and fifteen. So unique that it is unforgettable, yet never overwhelming.

My wife wears this when ever we go out along with other Guerlain products.

I've been wearing Shalimar since I was 16 years old and I'm 72 now. I love this scent. I get compliments all of the time.

Shalimar is divine. Just a little and it's just special. You'll find yourself trying to take another pull. Why not have that special lady smell do wonderful? I've bought it for two woman. If another woman comes into my life I'll probably buy it again. And that's how much I like Shalimar.

Have been wearing Shalimar since my first bottle (a gift) at age 16. I am now 60+ years older and still only wear it. But it is becoming very difficult to find. Any reason why? I can only hope that there is just a slow down in production or something. I don't know what I will do without a bottle of Shalimar on my dresser....

I have used Shalimar aince my 18th bday back in 1968. I am 73 and still love it! Have used other great perfumes but this is my go to fragrance for any occasion! Nowadays its getting harder to find so I hope Guerlain doesnt stop making it. I would not like that!

I can only wear this perfume on special occasions because it is so expensive This perfume has been around a long time. My grandmother LOVED & wore this, she passed away in Feb 1962… My Mom says every time she smells it, it reminds her of her Momma. I wished I could had met that beautiful woman. I have been in love w this smell since I was a tiny kid…. My mom traveled a lot as a single mom for work and would spray my blankie and pillow w it every time she went on a work trip. Ever since then it has been a comfort smell to me like I am giving my mom (my bestest friend) a hug !! Love it thanks momma!!

I was given Shalimar as a graduation gift when I was 18. It is the only fragrance I use. Perfume, cologne, body lotion and powder when I can find it.

Sweet, vanilla scent

I was gifted Shalimar at fifteen, loved it and was gifted it in my thirties still in love with it and nothing has changed for me in my sixties, good value, great smell, perfect for me.

I love this scent. It was a blind but based on reviews. And I am so happy I tried it. It's got a sweet oriental Woodside but fries down to a powdery smell. You can still smell the sweet Woods when it dries down however the powdery smell comes in at that time. I can wear this to work as it isn't strong enough to cause complaints. I am turning 40 this year and I find that this is like an expensive version of pink sugar for older women or more sophisticated women.

I have worn this wonderful scent since I was eighteen. I am now seventy four. I always get compliments..

I've been wearing Shalimar for over 60 years and love it! I've tried other fragrances and can't find anything to compare to it! I get lots of comments about how wonderful I smell for years. In college, many years ago, my date asked me if I was wearing vanilla! I even used Shalimar soap, which is very hard to find now. I wish I'd kept all the different bottles it used to come in, but I still have several.

A timeless scent, I've used it for decades. Not every day, but when I want to wear scent this is my go to. I bought the cologne to go with my perfume version.

Shalimar is the perfect, classic perfume/cologne. It is subtle, not overpowering. I have had so many lovely compliments from both women and men. It is appropriate for night or day wear, business or casual.
