I use it as perfume, to refresh clothes, on my sheets and pillows at night before bed to help me relax at bed time. I spray it on my hair and skin after a shower.

Love this stuff ☺️!
I use this after my bath. First I use Dr. Teals bubble bath with coconut oil, then slather on some of the eucalyptus body oil/bath additive, and then spray this on before bed. Also nice to spray on pillows and sheets for comfort.

I love this product!
I spray it on at bedtime, helps me sleep, and add pure lavender oil on wrists and temples to go with it. Wear it is the daytime with maybe a jasmine spritz on top to add a musky note and I love the smell! After a shower and spritz on clothes before I go out. It is a joy to wear.

Smells lovely and is so relaxing
I love Dr. Teal Sleep spray. I love lavender and this is a pretty, calming spin on your typical lavender sleep spray. Husband likes it too. We spray on ourselves and on our pillow at bedtime.

Best sleep ever!
Sometimes my brain keeps running making it hard to sleep. I spray this on pillows sheets and some on me within 1/2 or less I'm in dreamland. The best thing is it's natural and smells wonderful.

Love this smell
I love lavender smell. I had some mist before but it was a different brand but Dr. Teal's is really nice and not too overpowering.
