Return Policy
Making a return is quick and easy, simply login to your account to print your return label or contact us. All other orders can be returned up to 30 days after the ship date for a full refund minus shipping and gift wrap charges. If you would like to return a product from your order simply send the unopened product back to the address below in its original sealed packaging. You can expect a refund within one billing cycle of our receiving your returned product. If shipping was free for your order it will be deducted from the credit we apply to your credit card. Please note, we do not accept returns for cosmetics and skincare items due to health reasons, please make your selections carefully.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.

State laws require that we collect applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the states of Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, North Carolina, Nebraska, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, Texas and Alabama. All orders outside of these states will not be charged.

Our buyers travel the globe to source these hard to find fragrances. Due to high demand, our inventory and pricing change daily. If you see a product in our store that is out of stock, simply check off the "Add" box next to the out of stock item and click "Email when available". You will be promted for your email address. We will notify you by email when the item returns to stock.
Damage Claims back to top
In the unlikely event that your order or part of your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately so we can notify the carrier and file a damage claim. Please keep all packaging materials for five business days after notifying us and a replacement will be sent to you.
Cancellations back to top
In order to provide our customers with the best shopping experience, our systems are automated and therefore orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed. If a cancel option appears next to your order in your order history section then you may cancel your order.

Occasionally we feature promotional coupons. (click here to receive coupons) Follow these simple steps for redeeming a coupon or discount code. Coupons cannot be combined, limit one coupon per purchase.
- On the "Proceed to Checkout" page, enter the code exactly as it appears, in the box next to "Coupon Code:"
- Click "apply" and your discount will be applied and shown at checkout.
