Egoiste Cologne

This is my favorite scent of all .People have followed me walking in the streets of NYC just tootell me how unbelievable i smell. It has become very hard too buy since it is no longer sold in United States, so i was told It can be purchased in Europe.

I always apply fragrances in the shower and rinse down for that hint of mystery. I also prefer the original to the platinum version. Just me.

This cologne is so hard to find, that when I did find it, I bought it right away. This has such an amazing scent and the price was perfect.

Splash in the am. Nice scent. Nice smell. Don't think it hold that long.

Egoiste is a really hard fragrance to nail down; it defies the category of "Men's Cologne", steps out of a suit and tie and invites you to think differently about a fragrance that could be considered "masculine". It's sexy and sensual without falling for stereotypical "spicy" or "musky" tropes, though if I were to relate it to anything, I'd say it has a similar erotic quality that a musk would have without being cloying. There's a sweetness to it that doesn't smell cheap or too fruity; all of the notes are well blended and not easy to pinpoint, making it a more mysterious fragrance. This is the first cologne that I smelled on a man that made me want to ask and remember its name; I was that intrigued. Nearly twenty years later, it still called to me, and I purchased it for my husband. This is by far my favorite fragrance of his and I haven't found another I like better. It isn't heavy, is head turning, and has a wonderful, soft dry down that melts into the body. It's not easy to find, but has the staying power to be available for purchase all these years after its debut for a good reason; it's like a well kept secret. For the man in your life that's a little left of center, this is a perfect gift. And for you gentlemen out there that crave something different that smells less like a boardroom and more like the bedroom, trust me...this is a sure lead in to a very long evening. Highly recommend.

I would love to wear this cologne every day. It is best for winter months but I don't care. It has a perfect combination of vanilla & cinnamon notes and it lasts ALL day, unlike most other products. This stuff must be in high demand because it's now 3X the price I once paid for it on this site. What gives?
