An explosion of fireworks, multiple star-studded outfit changes, violinists complete with golden headpieces, a 48-person all-female orchestra, and an Egyption-themed backdrop: it\u2019s fair to say that Beyonce\u2019s return to the stage was nothing less than spectacular.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>

It\u2019s been <\/span>a long four years<\/span><\/a> since Beyonce headlined a stage (trust us, we\u2019ve been counting) and her private concert at the opening of the new Atlantis The Royal hotel in Dubai did not hold back. It was a fitting return to see Queen Bey perform live at a hotel where rooms cost a <\/span>rumored $100,000 per night<\/span><\/a>! <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>

This invite-only performance may have only lasted an hour, but Bey wasted no time performing some of our most-loved tracks and lighting up the stage with three whole outfit changes. And she did so in a seriously luxe series of \u2018fits, adored with a huge <\/span>$7.5 million worth of Lorraine Shwartz diamonds<\/span><\/a>. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>

Kendall Jenner, Nia Long, and Jay-Z (and Bey’s entire family) were all sat in the audience and all eyes were on our fave celeb couple as Bey performed <\/span>Crazy In Love<\/span><\/i>. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>

If you didn\u2019t quite catch an invitation to the show (we\u2019re still convinced ours got lost in the mail) we\u2019ll show you a few highlights from the night.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>

Officially, the night was supposed to be phone-free. But the good people of the crowd did the lord\u2019s work for us and managed to snap a few photos and videos of Queen Bey strutting on stage.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>

Each of Bey\u2019s new outfits changed the vibe of the event with strong themes throughout of female empowerment and self-love. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>

She performed some of her most impressive ballads (with a full set of backing dancers) like \u201cBe Alive<\/em>\u201d, \u201cFreedom<\/em>\u201d, and \u201cSpirit<\/em>\u201d but contrasted them against other top tracks like Etta James\u2019 \u201cAt Last<\/em>\u201d as well as forever-faves like “Ave Maria<\/em>“, “Halo<\/em>“, and “Countdown<\/em>“.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>

Our own personal highlights from the night? It\u2019s gotta be Blue Ivy coming out on stage to perform “Brown Skin Girl” with her mom. A true entertainer (and how could she not be, with parents like Bey and Jay-Z?), Blue Ivy wore an incredible red sequined jumpsuit and a billowy skirt and flipped her braids while dancing effortlessly on stage.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>

Curiously, Bey didn\u2019t perform any songs from her latest album, <\/span>Renaissance<\/span><\/i>. So here\u2019s hoping that means a world tour is coming our way.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>
