Oud Maharaji by Antonio Visconti Perfume.
In 2015, Antonio Visconti had a dream of creating a fragrance that brought to mind the stories of Sultan Shahryar. With the idea of "Arabian Nights" in mind, he created Oud Maharaji, a tantalizing blend of Oriental woods and a range of other aromas, to make that dream come true. Part sweet femininity and part natural seduction, this women's perfume first reaches the nose with top notes of fenugreek, artemisia and lemon, but blends into the middle notes
of cedar, sandalwood, agarwood and patchouli within a few moments. Underneath it all, this day-and-night fragrance features base notes of tobacco, vanilla, licorice, musk and ambergris.
It seems Visconti has always had a fascination with the night, as it was the lunar circle and crescent moon that inspired the unique concave design of his fragrances' bottles. By creating them without automated production, he further ensures each product in his line is something custom just for the wearer. Today, his unique blends of spices, woods, flowers and other intoxicating aromas are available in more than 30 fragrances worldwide.
